Instructions

- Extend your arms directly in front of you at shoulder height with hands shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your arms straight or with a slight bend throughout the movement.
- Raise your arms overhead in a wide arc, as if performing a swimming motion.
- Continue the motion, bringing your arms down behind your body.
- Return to the starting position in a smooth, controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
- Perform this movement slowly and deliberately to maximize mobility benefits.
- Use a full range of motion, moving your arms as far as comfortable.
- Breathe deeply throughout the movement to relax your shoulders.
- This exercise is ideal as a warm-up or cool-down activity.
- Regularly performing this exercise improves shoulder health and mobility for overhead movements.
