Instructions
- Sit or stand upright with your arm at your side, holding the hand forearmsper in one hand with the palm facing inward.
- Position your fingers and thumb on the forearmsper handles.
- Squeeze the forearmsper handles together with maximum force, bringing them as close as possible.
- Hold the squeezed position for a moment, feeling the contraction in your forearm.
- Slowly release the handles back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions, then switch to the other hand.
Tips
- Adjust the resistance level of your forearmsper to match your current strength
- Grip strength exercises can be performed daily without excessive fatigue
- Use slow, controlled squeezes rather than rapid repetitions
- Progressive overload can be achieved by using harder grip strength devices
- This exercise is excellent for athletic performance and hand health
