Finger Curl (Dumbbell)
A forearm isolation exercise using dumbbells where you curl your fingers toward your palm while supporting the weight, building forearm and forearms strength.
Instructions
- Sit on a bench with a dumbbell held in front of you with your palm facing upward.
- Support the dumbbell with your palm and allow your fingers to hang under the weight.
- Curl your fingers upward, lifting the dumbbell by contracting your finger flexor muscles.
- Continue curling until your fingers are fully closed around the dumbbell.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position by straightening your fingers.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions on one arm, then switch.
