Targets glutes and posterior chain by extending the hip backward. Unilateral movement performed while facing the anchor point.

Instructions

  1. Face the anchor point, holding both TRX handles at chest height.
  2. Walk your feet forward to create tension in the straps, leaning back slightly.
  3. Shift your weight onto one leg, keeping your core engaged.
  4. Extend the non-supporting leg backward at the hip, squeezing your glutes.
  5. Return to the starting position by bringing your leg back forward.
  6. Complete all repetitions on one side, then switch legs.

Tips

  • Keep your torso upright and avoid arching your lower back excessively.
  • Squeeze your glutes at the end of each repetition.
  • Maintain constant tension on the TRX straps for balance.
  • Move with control and avoid swinging your leg.
