Dynamic core exercise combining a supine plank with arm movements. Involves reaching and pulling motions while maintaining plank position.

Instructions

  1. Lie on your back with your head near the anchor point.
  2. Place your feet in the TRX foot cradles.
  3. Position your hands on the ground, extending your arms and lifting your hips into a plank position.
  4. Keeping your hips level, reach one arm through toward the opposite side of your body.
  5. Return that arm to the ground and repeat on the opposite side.
  6. Maintain constant core engagement throughout the movement.

Tips

  • Keep your hips level and avoid rotation during the arm reach.
  • Maintain steady breathing throughout the exercise.
  • Move with control and avoid swinging your arms.
  • Engage your core to prevent lower back strain.
