W Fly (TRX / Suspension Trainer)
Shoulder-focused fly variation using a W arm position. Targets rear deltoids and upper back.
Instructions
- Face the anchor point, holding both TRX handles with arms extended.
- Walk your feet forward to create tension in the straps, leaning back at approximately 45 degrees.
- Bend your elbows to 90 degrees, forming a W shape with your arms.
- Pull your body forward by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Keep your elbows bent throughout the movement.
- Lower back to the starting position with control.
Tips
- Maintain constant core engagement for stability.
- Keep your body in a straight line throughout.
- Lead the movement with your elbows, not your hands.
- Avoid rotating your torso during the pull.
