Lateral movement targeting obliques and core stability. Drop your hip toward the ground while maintaining an upright posture.

Instructions

  1. Stand facing the anchor point, holding both TRX handles at chest height.
  2. Walk your feet forward to create tension in the straps, leaning back slightly.
  3. Stand on one leg, keeping your torso upright and core engaged.
  4. Drop your hip toward the ground on the non-supporting side.
  5. Return to the starting position by engaging your obliques.
  6. Complete all repetitions on one side, then switch legs.

Tips

  • Keep your core tight throughout the movement for stability.
  • Move slowly and with control for better muscle engagement.
  • Avoid rotating your torso or leaning excessively.
  • Use the TRX handles for balance, not for pulling yourself up.
