Core rotational exercise performed in a plank position. Targets obliques and rotational stability.

Instructions

  1. Face the anchor point, holding both TRX handles at chest height.
  2. Walk your feet forward to create tension in the straps, leaning back slightly.
  3. Assume a plank position with your body straight and core engaged.
  4. Rotate your torso toward one side, bringing your chest toward the TRX handles.
  5. Return to the center position.
  6. Rotate to the opposite side.

Tips

  • Keep your hips level and avoid rotating at the hips.
  • Maintain core engagement throughout the movement.
  • Move with control and avoid jerking motions.
  • Focus on rotating from your torso, not from your shoulders.
