Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, band anchored under your feet.
- Hold the band handles with hands about hip-width apart, arms extended at your sides.
- Keep your core tight and maintain an upright posture.
- Pull the band upward by leading with your elbows, raising them out to the sides.
- Raise your hands toward your shoulders, keeping the band handles close to your body.
- Stop when the band handles reach approximately shoulder height.
- Slowly lower the band back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Tips
- Keep your elbows high and out to the sides throughout the movement.
- This exercise can be performed with a wider or narrower grip based on preference.
