An advanced TRX exercise combining a push-up with an atomic crunch (knee tuck), providing a full-body compound movement.

Instructions

  1. Adjust the TRX straps to a shortened position
  2. Face away from the anchor point and grasp the handles
  3. Walk your feet back to create a plank position with the TRX supporting your feet
  4. Your body should form a straight line from head to heels
  5. Perform a push-up by lowering your chest toward the floor with control
  6. As you press back up, drive your knees toward your chest while keeping your core tight
  7. Extend your legs back to the starting plank position
  8. Repeat the combined push-up and knee tuck movement

Tips

  • This is an advanced movement combining upper body and core work
  • The TRX’s instability increases core demand throughout the movement
  • Control the descent in the push-up portion for maximum strength benefits
  • The knee tuck portion adds core activation and intensity
  • Maintain a rigid plank position to prevent sagging hips
  • This is an excellent full-body conditioning exercise for advanced athletes
