An advanced hybrid skill combining elements of the L-sit and iron cross, performed on the rings with significant difficulty and strength demands.

Instructions

  1. Begin in a support hold on the rings
  2. Extend your legs forward to an L-sit position
  3. Gradually shift your arms and body to a cross-like position
  4. Balance between the forward leg extension and lateral arm position
  5. Maintain tension throughout your entire body
  6. Hold this complex position for the prescribed duration

Tips

  • Requires mastery of both L-sit and cross skills separately
  • Start by combining these skills for short durations
  • Build strength in both pushing and holding positions
  • Maintain full-body tension to prevent decompensation
  • This is an extremely advanced skill
  • Progress slowly and only attempt with extensive prior training
  • Consider working with a coach on this skill
